The Fair does allow certain commercial exhibitors and vendors to rent space at its event.

Please note that the Fair operates its own food concessions as part of its fundraising effort for Kimberton Fire Company. Therefore, we are not accepting food vendors at this time.

All new vendors must be pre-approved by the Concession Manager.

Spaces are only assigned to applicants who receive a Contract from the Fair and submit the signed Contract and payment by the deadline.
