Kimberton Community Fair Launches
“Sing For The Stars and Stripes” National Anthem Contest
in Celebration of America250

Kimberton, PA — The Kimberton Community Fair is proud to announce the launch of “Sing For The Stars and Stripes,” a special National Anthem singing contest to commemorate our nation’s 250th birthday.
The patriotic vocal competition will spotlight talented singers from the community as they perform “The Star-Spangled Banner” live in front of fairgoers during this year’s Kimberton Community Fair. Contestants of all ages are encouraged to participate and share their voices in a celebration of community pride, hometown spirit, and American tradition.
“America250 is a once-in-a-generation celebration, and we wanted to create an event that brings people together through music and patriotism,” said Karen Dobson, Fair President. “The National Anthem represents unity, pride, and tradition — values that have always been important at the Kimberton Community Fair.”
Winners will be selected by a panel of judges. Those winners will then have the opportunity to perform live onstage one night at the beginning of the fair. There will also be a People’s Choice Award based on voting through the Fair’s Facebook page.
So whether you belt out tunes in your car or sing while you are mowing the lawn, the Fair invites you to register to be part of this special hometown contest to celebrate music, community and the American spirit.
