Below is a list of all ingredients used in making our Donuts.
Our fryers are only used for donut production, and use the same oil listed below.

Donut Mix contains wheat, milk, egg and soy ingredients: Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Sugar, Nonfat Milk, Soybean Oil, Soy Flour, Dextrose, Leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda), egg yolk, Salt, Soy Lecithin, Potato Flour, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Annatto and Turmeric Extract Color.

Frying Agent is Vegetable Shortening which contains partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (soybean and cottonseed oils)

White Powder Coating is manufactured on shared equipment with products containing wheat, milk, soy, egg, Yellow #5, Yellow #6 and Red #40: Dextrose, Corn Starch, Palm Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Artificial Flavor

Cinnamon Sugar Coating ingredients are ground cinnamon and granulated sugar.
