Fair Queen Goes to the PA Senate
November 2007
State Senator Andy Dinniman recently hosted a visit
to Harrisburg from Nicole Stepp,
Queen of the 2007 Kimberton Community Fair.
"Traditional family events like the Kimberton Community Fair are what makes our
Commonwealth
and our country great. As we move into the winter months, I know that some of us are already
looking forward to next summer with all the sights, sounds and tastes the fair has to offer,"
Dinniman said. "I was proud to recognize Nicole on the Senate floor. She has a bright
future ahead of
her and I look forward to hearing of her accomplishments."
Nicole is the daughter of Earl and Kathleen Stepp of Phoenixville. She is a 2007 graduate of
the
Center for Arts and Technology - Pickering Campus, where she was involved with the 4-H Livestock
Club
and the National Honor Society.
Planning is already underway for the 79th Annual Kimberton Community
Fair, set for July 21 to 26, 2008. The fair directly benefits the Kimberton Fire Company.
