Vendor Information

Vendors interested in participating in our Fair must

  1. Submit a completed Application (click "Application" link on the right)
  2. Read through the Exhibitor Terms and Conditions 2011 (see link on right).

PROCESS:

Submission of an Application does not guarantee a space. It puts you on the "Waiting List" for the Concession Managers' review.

Exhibitors from the previous year's Fair always have the first right of refusal to re-book their space for this year's event. Those exhibitors will be confirmed by May 1.

If there are any cancellations, or if new spaces become available, the Fair will then contact exhibitors/vendors on the "Waiting List" who meet the requirements and specifications.

Vendors will be sent a Contract by the Fair.

Spaces will only be assigned upon Fair's receipt of a signed Contract and payment by the deadline noted on the Contract.

Fees are set by the Fair and are based on space size, electrical/water needs and location on midway.

The Fair does operate its own Food Vendor concessions as part of its fundraising effort. Therefore, outside food vendor spaces are very limited and are only contracted on an as-needed basis.
