CONTRACTOR’S GOLF CONTEST

DEPT. 022 - SECTION 03 CLASS 07 Contractor’s Golf

Entry Fee: None

Registration: Sign up on the night of the contest at the Fair Office or the Contest Area.

Entry Day: Thursday and Friday, Fair Week

RULES

  1. 1. Contestants must be 18 years or older, male or female.
  2. 2. Timed event in which contestant must pick up a golf ball with the bucket of a small excavator from a sand area, and accurately deposit it into a golf “hole”. Winner is determined by number of golf balls sunk in a 3-minute time period.
  3. 3. Excavator bucket may not hit the depository (the “hole”). Ball must fall into the hole. If bucket touches the “hole”, that ball will not count in the final score.
  4. 4. Contestant will be allowed a 1-minute practice time prior to starting his/her competition.
