A Suri Farm, Ltd - Suri Alpacas are the rare type of alpaca and represent only about four percent of the world population of alpacas. And they will be at Kimberton Fair thanks to this alpaca farm from nearby Myerstown, PA. Representatives from the Farm will be on hand in the Livestock pavilion every day of the Fair. They will bring the alpacas Tuesday through Saturday and will also answer questions about the Suri breed, their fleece and the focus of the farm. Website: http://www.asurifarm.com

Farmer For A Day - Do your children know how the food we eat every day gets from the "farm gate to the dinner plate"? Then plan on stopping by the Farmer For A Day display in the Livestock pavilion. Kimberton Grange Members and Ag-Science students from Owen J. Roberts High School will help youngsters get hands-on experience on milking a "cow", picking "apples" from an orchard, digging potatoes, carrots and radishes from the soil, picking "corn" from a field, and gathering "eggs" from the chicken coop! Tues and Thurs, 6-9 pm

Pennsylvania Academy of Performing Arts

This Chester County choral group is comprised of community members, along with business and artistic professionals, dedicated to promoting the performing arts with integrity. They will be performing a short set of selections prior to Monday's 7:30 PM Opening Ceremony on the Main Stage (next to BINGO), and will also singing the National Anthem for the Ceremony.

Kendal Conrad

Kendal is a 20-year-old singer/songwriter from Pottstown, PA. You can catch her acoustic country music performance on Wed Jul 25 on the Free Entertainment stage at 7:30 and 8:30 pm. Kendal has performed at the White House for three consecutive years as well as the National Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington, DC, The Great Allentown Fair, Philadelphia City Hall, Hershey Park, Six Flags Great Adventure, and the Kutztown Folk Festival. Other credits include a finalist in the 2010 NBC 10 Talent Search and the 2010 Colgate Country Showdown; Miss Pennsylvania Teen Talent 2008; the opening act for country stars Phil Vassar and Craig Morgan; and singing the National Anthem for NASCAR Monster Mile.

Reigning from Lancaster County, Drew An was the 2011 West Lampeter Community Fair Queen and is now representing Fairs across Pennsylvania! She will be judging our Baby Contest as well as greeting fair goers!
