2008 Livestock Entry Schedule

Dept. 002, Dairy Cattle and Dept. 010 4-H Cattle

All exhibitors must submit proper Veterinary Inspection and Veterinarian Relationship documentation before unloading show animals.

ENTRY CHECK-IN (all entries must have been pre-registered by mail or online)

HOURS *: Sunday, July 20, 7:00 pm until 10:00 pm ONLY
Monday, July 21, 8:00 am until 12:00 Noon

FEE: $2.00 per head

RELEASE: Friday, July 25 after Fair Midway closes *

* SPECIAL NOTE for actively milking cows (all breeds) only – Exhibitors for these cows have the option of checking in between 8:00 am and 12:00 Noon between Sunday, July 20 and Show date, and releasing these cows after the Fair Midway closes the night of their Show.

Dept. 004, Sheep (all breeds), and Dept. 010, Market Lambs (all breeds) and Market Goats (all breeds)

All exhibitors must submit proper Veterinary Inspection and Veterinarian Relationship documentation before unloading show animals.

ENTRY CHECK-IN (all entries must have been pre-registered by mail or online)

HOURS: Sunday, July 20, after 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm ONLY
Monday, July 21, 8:00 am until 12:00 Noon

FEE: $1.50 per head

RELEASE: Wednesday, July 23 after Fair Midway closes or Thursday, July
24 before 10:00 am

An “Animal Owner or Caretaker’s Verification of Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship” form must accompany each exhibition animal
and must be presented upon arrival at the fair.

All animals must be free of infectious and contagious diseases, and a statement of this is required on the “Certificate of Veterinarian Inspection”.
Animals that appear unhealthy upon arrival may not enter the Fairgrounds.
Refer to Livestock Health Regulations in the catalog.

Living-Quarter Trailer Hook-Up Fee: $30.00 (for trailers requesting water/electric hook up)
