Applications Are Closed for 2011 Fair

The Fair does allow certain commercial exhibitors and vendors to rent space at its event.  

Please note that the Fair operates its own food concessions as part of its fundraising effort for Kimberton Fire Company.  Therefore, commercial food vendor spaces are very limited and are only contracted on an as-needed basis.  

All Vendors from the previous year's Fair always have the first right of refusal to re-book their space for this year's event by May 1.

All other interested vendors must first make an Application for the Concession Managers' review.  

Spaces are only assigned to applicants who receive a Contract from the Fair, and submit the signed Contract and payment by the deadline.
